This recipe was originally intended for boosting lactation for breastfeeding, but after eating so many I realized something, I was going a LOT more than I used to. When I noticed my little boy struggling to go #2, I instantly thought of these cookies, posted a video to TikTok and it got a lot of attention!
What ingredient makes you go?
The secret ingredient in this recipe is flax meal, not a laxative. In constipation cases, fiber is the best thing for your body to help relieve constipation.
You may notice that I've added a lot of oatmeal and flax meal in this recipe.
Oats are high in soluble fibers while flax has insoluble fiber, which both work together well to ease constipation!
Constipation can be caused by many things,
such as not drinking enough water, dehydration from medications or an illness like the flu that slows down your digestion process.
Going #2 is normal, everyone does it, and it's not something we should shy away from talking about. I know it's something we can get embarrassed talking about, but it's normal and we all do it!
